11-12:00pm
£4.00 per weekly class
This group is open to people who have learning disabilities who are over 18. Some LoopEd Flow members also have physical disabilities or use wheelchairs. This is a really fun way to get fit and flexible, and learn dance!
LoopEd Flow do contemporary dance which means you will learn dance techniques and will also create your own. Carers are very welcome to come along for support, and can join in if they want to!
